• Leather is a natural material and ages beautifully giving a unique Patina to your Skins product. Heavy usage and exposure to extreme weather conditions like heat, humidity & water will cause damage. In case of spills, clean the surface with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally.
• Direct exposure to sunlight can cause the colour to fade over time. This is natural & inevitable.
• Leather articles should be stuffed and stored in dust bags to retain shape and prevent creasing.
• Each product is carefully handcrafted therefore, has a touch of originality and uniqueness. Scratches and marks are distinct characteristics of the leather skins and are considered a sign of authenticity
  
• Always clean with a soft cloth & leather cream to condition the leather every 6 months.

The Shipping costs include Packaging and Insurance and is based on weight and location. Weight includes packaging weight apart from the product.

Each Skins Bespoke Product is independently packed in layers for utmost protection and shipped with utmost care and handling.

Shipping typically takes 2-3 days for processing available SKINS Leather products and 5-7 days for processing backordered products. Bespoke & Custom Orders take 15-20 days for processing.

Transit time for shipped orders typically takes 2-3 days in metros, 3-5 days in non metros, and upto 7-15 days in other geographies like Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh etc.
