Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as imperfections."

In order to ensure that the exchange process is easy and informative. We have designed a way to keep it simple. For any requests for exchange kindly e-mail it to us at skinsleatherindia@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of receiving. Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. On receiving the parcel of the exchange article we will initiate Confirmation of the same to make no delays in your shopping.
Can I exchange a Discounted Product ?
We provide flexibility to exchange the products under discount. Customers can exchange a discounted article for a variation of the same article to retain the discount accepted during original purchase. In case of exchange for a new article, the previous discount will not be valid. Only the ongoing offers/discounts of the new article will be applicable.

In such rare cases, we request you to drop an email to leatherskinsindia@gmail.com, sharing images of the Skins product & brief with the order ID. Our team will verify the information within a maximum time span of 72 hours & we will dispatch you the same product or offer an exchange/return in case of the Skins product is out of stock.
